Three. Single Event: pay per show, tier based on attendee count. Event Pack: prepay 3 to 14 shows, 5 to 12% off, one invoice. Annual Unlimited: $6,499/yr for up to 25 events; multi-year prepay saves 10 to 15%. Same product on all three; different commitment.

No. Each tier is one price all in. Every badge you print, every check-in and every scan from every booth login is included. The only extra is the label or badge stock for your own printer. See what an event costs at each size.

All purchases are subject to our Terms of Service and any applicable signed agreement. Single Event and Event Packs do not require an annual subscription commitment: pay once for the purchased event or credits. Annual Unlimited and multiyear plans are prepaid for the selected term. There is no automatic renewal; you repurchase only when you choose to.

A completely unused Single Event, Event Pack or annual plan can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of purchase. After a code is redeemed, a credit is used or an event has started, you can still write to info@scandeckapp.com with a short explanation and we will review the request; approval is at our discretion. If a material ScanDeck failure prevents you from using what you bought in time for your event, you are entitled to a refund of the affected service. Purchases made before October 13, 2026 keep the promises that applied to them. Read the refund addendum for the complete wording.

Paid events get a scanning window that starts on the first lead scan: Starter 3 days; Standard, Plus and Pro 7 days. Pack credits get the window of the tier they are redeemed for. The free test event runs 1 day from event start. Pack credits must be redeemed within their term from purchase: Starter and Growth are good for 12 months; Circuit gets 18 months. Annual Unlimited is valid 365 days from purchase (730 / 1,095 days for 2-year and 3-year prepay).

Yes. Inside a pack, redeem any credit at a higher tier by paying the price difference. Moving from Single Event or Pack to Annual Unlimited mid-cycle is supported. We credit unused pack value toward the annual term.

They expire. We send reminders at 60, 30, and 7 days. If you're close to expiration with credits unused, contact us and we'll help you schedule them, transfer to an Annual term (with prorated credit), or extend at our discretion.

For Single Event purchases, an activation code arrives by email seconds after checkout and unlocks one event. Event Pack checkout sends one activation code with multiple event credits. Annual checkout also sends an activation code; redeem it once in the account dashboard to unlock Annual Unlimited event creation for the purchased term.

Published exhibitor order forms for 2026 shows price third party lead retrieval at roughly $250 to $600 per app license or scanner rental, per rep, per show. ScanDeck includes lead capture for every booth rep at no extra charge, so exhibitors download the app, enter their booth code and scan. No rental, no per rep license, no per lead fee. On a 25 booth show with two reps each, that is well over $10,000 your exhibitors keep.

One staffer with their own PIN scanning at a booth. If a company sends three booth reps, that is three vendor logins. Paid tiers include unlimited vendor logins; the free test event includes 5. Each company's lead list stays cleanly separated.

Yes. Each device queues scans locally and syncs automatically the moment connectivity returns, so spotty venue networks don't lose any leads.

Export a CSV that opens in Excel or Google Sheets and imports into HubSpot or Salesforce. Your leads belong to you and your vendor teams, and exports stay available even after a term ends.

The plan is built for show producers running 8 to 25 events a year. We don't meter individual events; the cap is a sanity check against scripted abuse. If your real schedule needs more than 25, talk to us and we'll quote Enterprise.

Set the estimator to 15 or more events and the Best Fit panel shows Annual Unlimited with a 1, 2 or 3 year term. The longer term unlocks a prepay discount: 2 years at 10% off ($11,698 total, $5,849/yr effective) or 3 years at 15% off ($16,572 total, $5,524/yr effective). Paid in full at signup.

Yes, within 14 days of purchase if nothing has been activated. After activation, write to us with the reason and we will review it at our discretion. If you end the plan because of an unresolved material failure on our side, the unused part of the prepaid term is refunded proportionally at the discounted price you paid. Annual plans never auto renew. Plans bought before October 13, 2026 keep the earlier promise of pro-rated credit for unused full quarters in the first year when cancelling for cause.
