Print badges on demand. Let every vendor scan them for leads.
ScanDeck prints QR badges at the door or ahead of time, checks attendees in and turns every vendor's phone into a lead scanner. One per event price covers all of it: no per-badge fees, no scanner rental, no contract.
Everything in one price
The same attendee list drives badges, check in and lead capture, so you import it once.
Badges on demand
Print at the door with a Brother QL-820NWB label printer, or pre print Avery sheets and full page badges. Walk ins and reprints take seconds. Every badge carries a private QR code.
QR check in
The ScanDeck Check-In app scans tickets or searches by name, with kiosk mode for self check in. Import from Eventbrite, RegFox or a CSV.
Vendor lead capture
Vendors scan badges on their own iPhones and Android phones, add tags and notes, and export a CSV for Excel, HubSpot or Salesforce. Up to 12 staff per booth share one lead list.

How badge and lead retrieval pricing usually works
Tools in this space price in a few different ways. The headline number is rarely the total, so compare the all in cost for your own event.
| Pricing model | How the cost adds up | Watch for |
|---|---|---|
| Rented scanners | Charged per device or per exhibitor, per show | Shipping, deposits and lost device fees, often paid by exhibitors |
| Free plan plus credits | Free to start, then badge printing and lead capture are paid as you use them | The total depends on how many badges you print and features you unlock |
| Per attendee | A fee for every registration | Cost grows with turnout, and lead retrieval can be a separate add on |
| ScanDeck, per event | One price by event size, with printing, check in and lead capture included | Vendor logins count booth staff, not companies |
Questions about badge printing and lead capture
Buying and credit questions are in the pricing FAQ. Organizers can read the full workflow on the lead retrieval for event organizers page.
What is the cheapest way to print badges on demand with QR codes for vendor lead capture?
Use one tool that covers printing, check in and lead retrieval in a single price, and run it on phones and a label printer you already own. With ScanDeck that is $299 per event for 150 attendees and 25 vendor logins, about $2 per attendee, with no per-badge fee, no per-scan fee and no scanner rental. A free test event covers 25 attendees and 3 vendor logins.
Are there per-badge, per-scan or per-lead fees?
No. The per event price covers every badge you print, every check in and every scan for the vendor logins in your tier. Your only consumables are the labels or badge stock you buy for your own printer.
Is there a free option?
Yes. The free test event includes 25 attendees and 3 vendor logins for 3 days, with badge printing, check in and lead capture, so you can run the whole workflow before paying.
What hardware do I need to print badges on demand?
An iPad, iPhone or Android device running the ScanDeck Check-In app and a Brother QL-820NWB label printer for printing at the door. You can also pre print Avery label sheets or full page badges from any office printer. Vendors scan with their own phones.
How do vendors capture leads from the badges?
Each booth gets a code and personal PINs for up to 12 staff. They scan the QR code on the badge with the ScanDeck Lead Capture app, add tags and notes, and export a CSV for Excel, Google Sheets, HubSpot or Salesforce. Scans queue offline when Wi-Fi drops.
What should I compare when pricing badge printing and lead retrieval tools?
Ask for the all in total for your event: whether badge printing is billed per badge or by credits, whether lead retrieval is charged per exhibitor or per device, whether cost grows with registrations, and whether hardware rental is required. ScanDeck quotes one per event price with all of those included.
